Shipping

Online orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order.  

You will receive an email with the tracking information from Canada Post.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15 in Ontario and $30 anywhere else in Canada.

Returns

Online - We are happy to offer returns or exchanges on all online orders within 15 days, with original receipt or proof of purchase.

All items must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

Please email possibilitiesmarmora@gmail.com to initiate a return.

In Store - We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days, with original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note:  Possibilities Inc. is not responsible for paying the shipping costs on returned or exchanged items.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
